Temporary Resident Visas

In recent years, it has been a challenging task to get a tourist visa for Pakistani nationals. This is due to various reasons including lack of knowledge of applicants in the visa application process which leads to important documents being missed out of the application, ending in a refusal.

A simple mistake in the application can lead to misrepresentation which bans the applicant from entering Canada for 5 years!

You will receive step-by-step guidance through the entire visa process. Our team of visa experts will review each of your application documents to ensure that no mistakes or omissions are made. You application will be submitted along with supporting legal references using Canadian Immigration Law. You application is submitted to the government under our professional representative’s name. Our name is registered with the government so they know we are knowledgeable and professional, and that our applications are consistently completed correctly.

Two Types of Canadian Temporary Resident Visas

There are two types of TRV’s: a single entry visa and a multiple entry visa. Both are valid for a fixed period and cannot be used after they expire. A single entry visa allows you to come to Canada only one time. Once you have left Canada, excluding travel to the United States and St. Pierre and Miquelon, you will need a new visa to travel back to and enter Canada.

A multiple entry visa allows visitors to come and go from Canada for six months at a time, without having to reapply each time. It can be valid for up to 10 years, or one month before your passport expires, whichever is earlier. You must arrive in Canada on or before the expiry date on your visa.

Prior Refusals

If you have applied before and been refused a visa, we can still help. Our team is trained in addressing reasons of refusal given by the visa
officer so the new application fills in the gaps which were present in the prior application, hence, making the chances of a second refusal much
less likely.
